Medical Ministries International is a Christian-based non-profit organization located in the Central Valley of California.

What We Do

MMI is a unique organization that recycles new and used medical equipment, supplies, and medicines and puts them to use in less advantaged clinics and hospitals all over the world. Medical surplus that would end up in American landfills are transported to third-world countries to serve those in need.

MMI also takes short-term travel teams overseas to hold primary care clinics in areas where people have limited access to healthcare.

Dr. Anil Henry, M.D.

Dr. Anil Henry is a well respected physician and the director of Mungeli Christian Hospital in the state of Chhattisgarh, India.  Dr. Henry began his work in Mungeli in 2003 after leaving a comfortable position as a surgeon in the US.  It was his desire to spend his days in meaningful service, so he followed the footsteps of his parents into the world of medical missions. 

Since his arrival in Mungeli, the hospital has been completely transformed.  Dr. Henry is constantly renovating and upgrading the facility to provide better care to the thousands of people that the hospital serves.  Dr. Henry and his staff never turn a patient away, treating patients regardless of their ability to pay for their care. 

Since 2008, MMI has been able to provide over 18 tons of medical supplies and equipment to Mungeli Christian Hospital.  Additionally, in January of 2011, a medical team will travel to India to serve alongside Dr. Henry and his team.  Please pray for Dr. Henry and his amazing service to the people of India at Mungeli Christian Hospita
