As you may know, this shipment has been a long time in the making and required deep trust, perseverance, prayer, and the faithful efforts of many. After months of waiting and navigating obstacles, God made a way for the Nigerian government to approve the necessary documents, allowing the shipment to finally be sent on its way in November.
Faith Alive Foundation has a powerful story that began in 1996, when Chris Isichei set up a simple card table outside a marketplace in Jos and began offering free medical advice each day after work. What started as a small act of obedience grew into a free medical clinic—and eventually into a three-story, fully free hospital with eight satellite locations, now serving tens of thousands of patients.
Today, Faith Alive Nigeria provides compassionate, Christ-centered medical care to some of the most vulnerable communities in West Africa. Their mission goes beyond physical healing—they are deeply committed to sharing the hope of the Gospel, restoring dignity to patients, and training local healthcare workers to serve with excellence and integrity.
Some of you may have had the privilege of meeting Dr. Chris when he visited MMI last summer—his deep faith, humility, and wisdom left a lasting impression on all who met him. We are honored to partner with a ministry so clearly led by God’s heart for healing and hope.
